7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
- Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address input.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
- If the courier fails to deliver due to the recipient being unavailable, the customer must arrange re-delivery with the courier.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
- NovasViral is not responsible for stolen packages. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be processed.
